In September of this year, Eversheds international law firm announced they were selling off the debt recovery arm of their business to the newly formed Fairfax Solicitors Ltd in a management buyout. This has been led by Peter Wordsworth, who has run the department within Eversheds for over 12 years.
Eversheds have been a client of Magnetic North’s for many years, using Maximise predictive dialler and Optimise call recording within the debt recovery department. Fairfax have not only adopted the technology within their new structure, but indeed have taken it to the next level by taking on one of our new products, Robotic Agent.
The Robotic agent is a revolutionary addition to any outbound dialling team, providing companies with a virtual agent to increase their productivity. The Robotic Agent uses text to Speech technology to play out a message once connected to the called party, and then either connects them to a real agent or progresses their call using DTMF touch tone input.
