A-Plan Insurance are insurance intermediaries who offer a range of policies from the UKs top insurers. This 40 year old company has 50 branches across the UK, offering their growing network of over 600,000 policyholders anything form vehicle insurance, through to home and life insurance, and even pet insurance.

 

Once a policy has been sold at one of thier branches, A-Plan collate the information at their head office. This data then gets called frequently from the head office, offering other services within the A-Plan Insurance portfolio.

 

When Magnetic North approached A-Plan, this cross selling process was done manually. We convinced them that the data could be reached at a much faster rate by using the Maximise predictive dialler, which would increase their current productivity significantly. Ths involved no capital outlay, only a small setup fee and then a monthly rental, which meant that they could trial the dialler with very lttle initial outlay.

 

A-Plan are now using the dialler and are seeing much increased connection rates to their contact database. They are also looking at increasing the number of Maximise seats over the next few months.
