Optimise is designed as a distributed solution. It is agnostic as to the hardware platforms in different locations and enables comparative reporting on a per site basis to allow business people to centralise reporting yet drill down when necessary. Centrlised application servers, which can be engineersed to the relevant level of resilience, host the web interface to support professionals, quality team, manangement and clients via secure extranent, as well as the database and centralised file storage.  This leaves recording servers at each site where media needs to be recorded by Optimise, which once recorded an compressed can then be streamed over the WAN in an efficient manner or stored locally in a controlled manner to leverage centralise storage and cut IT Support requirements.


Maximise enables distributed outbound contact centres to leverage their licenses at any location at any time, allowing sites to work on separate campaigns or work together with other locations to boost economies of scale and productivity results. Centralised reporting delivers clarity on site performance and enables best practice to be spread virally throughout the organisation.
