Wolseley UK Ltd choose Thus Network Call Recording

Broughton Crangrove Galley Matrix, a part of Wolseley UK ltd, are the latest business to opt for Thus Network Call Recording. The UKs leading distributor of Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom and Heating equipment has decided that the hosted service will help them with their dispute resolution.

Builders, electricians and plumbers have to ensure that materials are in the right place at the right time, for workers that maybe available for only a days window. As such they can be a demanding client base.

On occasion, BCGM find themselves faced with irate customers who claim that they have ordered the goods for a specific day and they haven't arrived. Historically, BCGM did not have in place a mechanism for effective dispute resolution, which meant that when a client claimed they had lost £500 for a days labour, BCGM would often have to compensate the client for this.

Thus Network Based Call Recording has given BCGM the ability to go back to an original call, and see what was said. They can also email the call to the client to resolve the dispute. In turn, BCGM have found their compensation levels dropping by about 70%. On top of this, the call recording was up and running within a matter of days.
