Energy Efficiency specialist switch on Magnetic North!
Energy Efficiency specialist switch on Magnetic North! Business Advisory Services based in West Sussex, are an independant utilities brokerage, providing free energy comparison services to businesses all over the UK. They aim to ensure that businesses are receiving best value from their energy suppliers, and when it transpires that they are not, they broker better deals for those companies. BAS use Salesforce.com as the hub of their business, and found Magnetic North via the Salesforce AppExchange. Initially using Magnetic North’s Click to Call Service to dial customers in their sales team and record sales portions of calls and embed these in to Salesforce automatically, the company has decided to upgrade its investment in hosted telephony and move to a complete hosted PBX solution with Magnetic North OnDemand, including call recording with automated matching to Salesforce records for manually dialled and incoming calls, predictive dialling using Maximise for Salesforce, and most importantly a new lead response service for Salesforce by Magnetic North. In the competitive environment that the company works, rapid response to new leads is essential to secure business quickly and provide an efficient service. With the new lead response service, Magnetic North’s platforms are integrated to Salesforce.com and monitor for new web leads coming in to the business, automatically prioritising calling these and connecting Business Advisory team members to the prospects within a couple of minutes of a lead being logged. “The new Magnetic North solution will dramatically enable the scalability of the business to respond to new leads and will ensure that customers get the best possible service,” comments Bradley Wingrove, MD of BAS, “Better yet, moving to a hosted telephony solution we will benefit from work anywhere technology, cut our telephony costs, and leverage the power of the web to grow our compau with Magnetic North providing a complete end to end solution.” | Posted on 01 April 2009 (Archive on 01 April 2010) Posted by admin Contributed by
