Elite Collections International Ltd is an Outsourced Debt Collection company. Based in Surrey, they work with a variety of businesses from all different business sectors, but can boast to be the preferred supplier with the Private Medical sector, where they have over 150 clients.

Recent growth in their business meant that ECI were looking to increase their outbound dialling productive power, and they recognised that investing in Maximise OnDemand, Magnetic North's hosted dialler service, would be more efficient for them than hiring new staff. The hosted solution means that they can add seats as and when they are required, and it will help them increase current productivity rates by up to 400%.
