Norfolk based car dealership races ahead of the competition using Maximise OnDemand

 

Dingles Toyota is a multi site car dealership based in Norfolk. This owner managed business prides itself on its customer service levels, and is always looking for ways to excel even further in this area of the business.
 
Magnetic North were recommended to Dingles by another Toyota dealership, Jemca Toyota, who had started using the Maximise OnDemand solution earlier this year and had found that it was invaluable to the growth and smooth running of their sales team. Although Dingles had a sales team, they were not actively running outbound dialling campaigns, and saw the potential that this kind of setup would bring them.
 
They initally set up their sales team with the Maximise dialler and immediately saw the benefits it could bring them, and so looked to expand its use at their Norwich based site.
 
The customer service team at Dingles keeps a database of clients and when MOTs and car services are due they will contact clients to remind them and to try and book them in for appointments. These calls had always been made manually, but now by expanding their agent capacity with Maximise OnDemand, they could add the customer service campaign and improve productivity across this department.
 
Dingles Toyota now make two kinds of outbound calls, the sales team there work from a database of previous customers and contact these clients at regular intervals to find out if they are interested in upgrading their cars, aswell as the customer service campaign which is now running more efficiently, another improvement in their enviable customer service record.
