Global sales company Marketpoint, use Magnetic North's IVR to route calls around the world
Marketpoint are a global Sales and Marketing company, based in the UK, but with call centres all across the US and Europe. As part of their services, they offer a multilingual response management system to their clients. This includes telephone, web , email and online chat.
They have recently bought the Hosted IVR platform from Magnetic North. This gives them the ability to route a call to one of their international call centres, depending on a chosen option input by the caller, press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish etc.
Our Hosted IVR also includes a clever 'Time of Day' facility, which means that if a caller calls up and wants to speak to a Spanish speaking agent, when its out of Spanish working hours, then the IVR knows to put the call through to a Spanish speaking call centre in South America.
