The company has 1200 agents throughout multiple UK based call centres and operates a next generation IP contact centre, using a single data centre to serve these satellite call centres.
Careline first became a Magnetic North customer 6 years ago, when they purchased our Enterprise Maximise predictive dialling and Optimise call recording solutions. They have augmented this in recent years with the addition of Network Based Disaster Recovery call recording, so that in cases of disaster, they can continue business activities with the Hosted call recording and business can continue with minimal disruption.
This month they have extended their dialling capacity by a further 100 seats using our hosted dialling solution, Maximise OnDemand. They have won a contract with a major broadcaster for an outbound sales and upselling campaign, working 7 days a week and generating more than 1 million calls per month.
