Fridays have always outsourced call centre operations, but in January this year they decided to bring it in house, a move that meant they now required 10 new phone extensions. As they had previously been marketed to by Magnetic North, they were aware of our Hosted PBX offering and so decided to see if we could provide an alternative to extending their incumbent Intertel phone system.

They found that our OnDemand Hosted PBX was a much more costs effective solution than extending their Intertel system. They were also impressed by the additional functionality that the Hosted PBX could offer them such as call recording, auto attendant and advanced call queuing.

They are currently upgrading the system by 4 extra extensions. In conjunction with this they are looking at new premises to expand their call centre operation, and once this happens they will extend the Hosted PBX again to meet staff demand.
