ProVad, the largest ICT reseller in Finland, have recently added call recording and predictive dialling from Magnetic North into their portfolio of products. They pride themselves on reselling products who are seen as 'best of breed' in their individual arenas.

We originally contacted ProVad in January this year with a view to them reselling our Maximise and Optimise OnDemand products. Fter demoing the products, we were added into their product list in late March, and this month we are pleased to announce that they have installed Optimise with their first customer.
