Virtual Call Centre uses Maximise OnDemand to get 15 home workers dialling in unison

VMO approached Magnetic North last month after finding us on a web search. They had been working with a company to try and develop their own in house dialler, but the project had failed and when they first spoke to us they needed a dialling solution that they could get up and running within 5 days.
 
They have just taken on a contract to sell mobile phones to consumers on behalf of a Fortune 500 company. They are using 15 home workers to do this, and these workers connect to Maximise OnDemand using hosetd PBX functionailty and softphones on thier home computers.
 
VMO have a special requirement in that when a contract is agreed, they need to have one of their Verifiers on the phone. We provide them with the ability to do this, they conference in the Verifier uses functionaility on the softphones we provided them. All their calls are recorded for compliance also.
