UK Data originally started as a Data Management company, providing companies with the service of keeping their data clean and free of TPS pitfalls. Over the years they have branched out into other services, and one of these areas was to provide their customers with a rental dialling option.

They had previously partnered with another dialler company to provide the solution to their clients, however, they were concerned that the technology of this other dialler had stayed still for several years and they were looking for a more feature rich solution that was constantly making improvements.

They approached Magnetic North about Maximise OnDemand late last year and we worked with them to provide them with a white label vesion of Maximise OnDemand, which they have branded as UK Data Call Commander. After rigorous testing and trialling they are now migrating their customer base over to the new dialler software, with the first client being Severn Home Improvements, a home improvements company based in the west country.

We look forward to then bringing many more customers onto the Magnetic North platform!
