Within Maximise there are 3 levels of reporting:
  ‘Real-time’ – Per Second updated Live Stats
  ‘Historical’ – Data mining and reporting using 40
     Business Objects (Crystal) Reports that come with
     Maximise out of the box
  ‘Dashboards & Alerting’ – Dynamic content and self
     configurable alerts including charting of the real time
     data live.

Historical reports within Maximise are driven by the industry standard reporting tool Business Objects Crystal reports which are rendered within the web browser and can be exported to office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) and HTML pages that can be emailed or embedded live to web servers.

Users can take satisfaction in the knowledge that should they possess in house Crystal experience then they are able to create their own reports to meet requirements.
