The graph outlines talk time per agent as a key performance indicator (KPI), with predictive dialling enjoying the greatest amount of talk time per hour. The reason for this massive gain in talk time in predictive mode is down to the method of dialling. Maximise uses Magnetic North’s own intelligent AI based algorithm to effectively predict when to dial the next number in the list and minimise wait time between calls for agents. The algorithm learns from prior experience of the calling lists performance and uses this information, plus current list quality and other real-time factors to tune dialling to be best possible results.
