The fact that Magnetic North systems are built on open system platforms and all API toolkits are included free is of particular benefit to our for profit clients as they benefit from a clear and fixed cost of ownership with no hidden integration costs lurking under the covers as has frequently been the case from other vendors.
Optimise has a wealth of features innovated for and by outsourcers and for profit centres, including unlimited Client Access licenses to allow remote access to selected call groups by clients over secure extranets, as well as the ability to import non voice media such as fax, email or scanned correspondence to the quality grading system free of charge to provide a 360 degree quality, scoring and coaching platform that covers all the aspects of a particular client contract.
