Irish bank take their Maximise OnDemand pilot to the next level

 

KBC Bank in Ireland are currently running a pilot for Maximise OnDemand in their Dublin based call centre. The debt collection arm of the bank had previously been dialling manually, but have decided to trial Magnetic North's predictive dialling solution in order to increase the productivity of their agents.
 
KBC originally signed up to do a pilot on Maximise for 5 of their agents a few months ago. They are so pleased with the results for the pilot that they have signed up a further 8 agents to move over to the pilot from July 2009. The aim is to get all 28 of the agents in their call centre, over to the Maximise OnDemand.
